Cancellation and Returns

Every product listed in the website will have a different return or replacement period. Each item should be checked for its respective return period. Please check with our agents and cross check the item's respective return period.

Once an order has been placed it should be cancelled within four hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellation request should be made through a phone call mentioned in the order confirmation mail.

After the request of the order cancellation arrives refund will be automatically be generated and the amount will be credited back into the customers respective bank account in 7-10 business days.

If the customer has received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as expected or described as in the website then a replacement request can be made within the given return period. In an unusual case of having even a defective replacement being handed over or if the product is again not as mentioned in the website the seller will issue a complete refund of the product once they receive it.

If you request for a cancellation after the product has been dispatched for delivery the customer must receive the product from the courier partner and then contact on the bonzerstore support numbers, make the cancellation request and have the courier partner pick up the product. It must be noted that the package being sent back should be in good condition.

Return at the same time by the courier partner will only be accepted if the product received by customer is in a bad, unwanted condition which can include unpacked, broken items.

In case an unwanted product is received, the customer must call the ‘Bonzerstore’ support number within 8 hours.

  • Processing the return request
    1. If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on bonzerstore we will definitely help by cross checking and help you resolve your issue as part of the return process.  The issue is usually solved over a call with proper assistance from our executive.The seller will them make arrangements for a replacement of the product once the verification process is complete.
    2. Certain steps are to be followed to help resolve your issue especially for products like large appliances, electronics appliances like mobiles, tablets, home furniture etc.
    3. In case the product is out of stock or not available anymore, the money will be refunded back to the customer.
  • Picking up returns
    1. In case you want your product to to be returned and picked up from a different address, then the pick up service will be available only if the service is available at the new address.  
    2. During the pick-up, the product will be checked and accepted only in the following conditions.
  • Right Product

Name, brand, serial number, bar codes for the product should match and tag should be clearly visible and not removed from the product

  • Whole Product

All the accessories given with the product inside the box should be present.

  • Product should not be used

The product should be returned unused and unwashed and should not be tampered with respect to quality or warranty

  • Product remains undamaged

There should not be any damages external or internal with the products and should be returned without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

  • Packaging remains undamaged

The original packaging box with which the product was received should remain undamaged.
